Getting ready in Korea

Arrived at Incheon International Airport safe and sound.
I love Incheon Internation Airport (second to Changi Airport) and this place is not only huge, but really clean.

After we arrived and got our luggage, we wanted to purchase a SIM card for our phone for our stay in Korea. However, the SIM card services provided for at the airport were only for the short term stay, meaning a week or prepaid. So it wasn't what we were looking for. They were also loaning out wifi eggs which we didn't need too.

If you're looking for a SIM card for the long term stay, you could either purchase the SIM card from the Olleh shop at GwangHwaMun (cause the staff there know how to speak English) or like some of my friends did, from a convenience store. We opt for the Olleh shop cause we thought it would be better but I guess the Olleh shop or the convenience works the same. Though there are certain benefits that we found towards the end of our trip that says that getting the SIM card from Olleh is a better choice.

Well, Olleh is similar to Singtel or Starhubs in Singapore.

On our first night, we arrived at our Airbnb guesthouse which was near Seoul Station and we went for dinner nearby. There were a few Samgyeopsal restaurants near Seoul Station. Samgyeopsal refers to bbq pork. This is for meat lovers.

The disappointing fact about samgyeopsal is that it is not only expensive, some shops do not allow sharing of portion too. Either that or the portion is extremely small. It was quite frustrating especially for those who eats less and wants to share food. This happened for us girls as well.
